Tarcore Labs has Acquired Loring Laboratories Ltd., June 24, 2016
On June 24, 2016, Loring Tarcore Labs Limited acquired all the shares of Loring Laboratories Ltd. in a friendly takeover. Together with our CEO Dr. Greg Hu, Loring Laboratories Ltd. founded Loring Tarcore Labs Ltd. in 2006. The acquisition will expand our scope of services from the oil and gas sector to coal, mineral and diamond sectors.
